Since 2013, we've given countless students the opportunity to live in quality housing that has doubled as a home away from their homes. College is a once in a lifetime experience, and finding the right home will no doubt have a large impact on your years at school.

We offer a variety of student housing options, from three to eleven bedroom houses. All of our houses come fully furnished with some of the latest furniture styles and wares, and are located on some of the most desirable streets on Binghamton's West Side.
